On November 15th, Team A Step Ahead’s Amy Palmiero-Winters took on one of the hardest obstacle courses in the world – the World’s Toughest Mudder 2014 in Las Vegas. Amy completed 11 laps (55 miles) in 24:59:20, finishing first in her age division and ahead of more than nine hundred able bodied men and women!
