Gino and Larry use their first sports prosthetics!

We recently had the pleasure of witnessing two amazing young athletes, Larry and Gino, use their new high-activity prosthetics for the first time. Thanks to the partnership between our organization and the One 2 One Foundation, we were able to provide these children with limb loss the ability to achieve their goals and pursue their passions.

Larry, who has played soccer his entire life, was ecstatic to try his new custom above-knee soccer prosthesis. This prosthetic device enables him to move faster and react quicker on the field. His smile never faded as he kicked the ball and ran up and down the soccer field. It was clear that he was thrilled to be able to play the sport he loves with increased mobility and confidence.

Gino is eager to join his school’s track team now that he has a new running blade prosthesis. This advanced prosthetic device enables him to run faster and jump higher. As he sprints down the track, it is apparent that his new prosthesis is a game-changer for him. His speed and agility were remarkable, and it was inspiring to see him pursue his passion for running with such enthusiasm.

Gino and Larry have the tools to reach their full potential and pursue their dreams. These devices are making a difference in young people’s and their families lives.
